Więcej Chase&Cam w ostatnich 4 odcinkach? Dla zrównoważenia HuS'a, jak sądzę? Szkoda mi tylko JS, który się cieszył ostatnio, że w 6 sezonie wróci w pełnym wymiarze, a tu DS wcale tego nie potwierdza. Mówi dokładnie to, czego się spodziewałam - że jeszcze nie ma rozplanowanego następnego sezonu. Typowe.
Co do wcześniejszych spoilerów, to opisy odcinków marcowych bardzo przypadły mi do gustu. House w NYC to jak spełnienie marzenia. Szkoda, że z góry wiem, że szans na zetknięcie się z tamtejszym CSI nie ma żadnych  Za to rozmarzyłam się pod wpływem opisów, że dostaniemy 3 odcinki pozbawione wątków osobistych... Ech, marzenie ściętej głowy.

Wikipedia podaje, że 5x22 będzie nosiło tytuł Bye Bye Thirteen 
Obśmiałam się hehe. Oczywiście ten tytuł nie jest potwierdzony. Wikipedia swego czasu podawała, że w Painless House będzie biegał bez laski. No cóż, pomylili się o kilka odcinków zaledwie. Ciekawe na ile potwierdzi się i co będzie ostatecznie oznaczał TEN tytuł

It's House's worst nightmare: a patient who doesn't respond to his blood-pressure-raising button-pushing. Like, at all.
In the Fox hit's March 23 episode, rapper-turned-actor (ractor?) Mos Def plays a victim of locked-in syndrome, a paralytic condition that cuts off one's ability to move or communicate. Isn't that the same medical malady as in the 2007 Oscar nominee The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, you ask? Pretty much, yes, says exec producer David Shore. "[But] we were very conscious of wanting to tell our story our way and not simply tread territory that they already covered so well."
As in Butterfly, much of the change-of-pace story will be told from the patient's point-of-view (see photo, above) -- a storytelling device Shore concedes proved "challenging." Also, Mos Def will communicate solely by blinking. But unlike Butterfly, the House episode -- which was directed by Dan Attias, the acclaimed helmer behind last week's road trip-themed Big Love ep -- is less about him and more about what's going on around him. "Our doctors are told to keep his mind active," explains Shore, "and they wind up saying things -- personal things –- that they might not normally say."
Hmm... might this ep lay the groundwork for House and Cuddy's much-talked-about-by-me sex date? "I really don't want to go into the particulars of [them hooking up] because we have found a really cool way to do it, and I don't want to spoil it," Shore hedges. "But I will confirm that we are taking things forward [with them]." |

Śniadego? Bo nawet mi ostatnio przyszło do głowy, że w ramach tworzenia absurdalnych shipów scenarzyści mogliby w przypływie szaleństwa połączyć Wilsona z Kutnerem...
Po wywiadzie z JMo (podlinkowany w Aktorach), spodziewam się ciekawej końcówki sezonu. Co prawda JMo nie mogła podać żadnych szczegółów, ale jedno jest pewne - wydarzenia z końcówki sezonu zaangażują wszystkie postacie i na każdą z nich wywrą wpływ. Zdaje się, że scenarzyści będą prowadzili z nami, widzami, jakąś grę. Ja wprost uwielbiam takie zabawy, a najbardziej, gdy daję się złapać i zaskoczyć. Mam nadzieję, że to się uda.

Mos Def (“Be Kind Rewind”) Guest-Stars
We find ourselves inside the mind of Lee (guest star Mos Def) as he awakens after a bicycle accident in New York unable to move or communicate verbally. From his unique perspective, we hear Lee’s inner thoughts as House, injured in a motorcycle accident, occupies the hospital bed next to him. House takes notice of Lee as his doctor writes him off as being brain-dead and begins to arrange his organ donations. However, House confirms that Lee is not brain dead at all, but rather has “locked-in” syndrome – he is completely conscious but unable to let anyone know. As House develops a system to communicate with Lee by having him blink once for “no” and twice for “yes,” he is intrigued by the case and tries to figure out what is causing Lee’s condition, much to the disdain of the presiding physician. When House gets Lee transferred to Princeton Plainsboro, the team is on the case to try to save Lee. As we learn more about Lee and his family, we also see House and the team through Lee's unique perspective, lending insight into their not-so-transparent relationships. When Lee loses his ability to blink and continues to fall ill, the team must race to find the key to unlock his condition. Meanwhile, Wilson suspects House is hiding something from him when he refuses to divulge why he was in New York when he got into his motorcycle accident in the “Locked In” episode of HOUSE airing Monday, March 23 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. TVGuide.com: As of late on House, there seems to be a little less "the spleen must have an aneurysm" medi-babble, and a bit more on Taub's home life.
Peter Jacobson: Yeah, and there are three or four episodes coming up where we're going to get a little more into that. We're also going to dive more intensely into House's abuse of Taub, which is fun. It's fun to read, fun to act, and fun to watch!
TVGuide.com: Where do things stand with Taub and his wife? Are they going to go for kids?
Jacobson: At this point I'm not sure where were going to go with that. That issue is still hanging a bit, but we do get into more of Taub's inner turmoil.
TVGuide.com: In this week's episode, "House suspects that Wilson and Taub are hiding something from him." Why?
Jacobson: I can't reveal too much, but I will say that Wilson and I have some plans to do something, and House gets very suspicious about it. He does not want anybody poking around with his best friend there, so I once again get used and abused as a result.
TVGuide.com: Beyond that, we have a death-predicting cat, Mos Def, and Meat Loaf. Which is your favorite of those three upcoming episodes?
Jacobson: I don't know, those are three really good episodes. I'm not necessarily a big cat fan, but all of us fell in love with this cat. I mean, a death-predicting cat? That should be enough said.
TVGuide.com: I imagine the cat is actually picking up on something that's causing the nursing-home deaths...?
Jacobson: That's sort of what we are suspecting — beyond the paranormal that might be at play. It's House, so you never know.
TVGuide.com: And Mos Def's episode sounds interesting because the story is told from his character's point of view.
Jacobson: He has something called "Locked-in Syndrome," and the audience gets "locked in" with him. It's a fantastic, fantastic episode. Mos Def is just a fabulous actor. And continuing that move towards musicians-as-guest stars, we have Meat Loaf, who is also wonderful.
TVGuide.com: [House exec producer] Katie Jacobs told me the team might be down one by the season finale. Is that still the plan?
Jacobson: That I don't know. We're going strong right now, and at the moment it's all of us, and we're solving cases as normal. Trying to get some sense of where they're going, even in my short tenure here, has proven futile. [Laughs]
TVGuide.com: I always see you and Kal Penn (Kutner) work red carpets together. You must be good buddies.
Jacobson: Yeah, we are good pals. Olivia [Wilde], too. And Annie Dudek (ex-Amber), when she was here. We just have a lot of fun.
TVGuide.com: I felt bad for you when The Starter Wife recast Debra Messing's "ex-husband" — but in retrospect you got the better end of the deal.
Jacobson: Yeah. We tried to figure out if we could make both happen — I had a great time making The Starter Wife [miniseries] — but by the time they came around with the [weekly] series, I was entrenched with House. Getting two shows at once is too much of a blessing!
TVGuide.com: Lastly, here's a "Six Degrees" thing for you and I: Years ago you costarred — with a chimpanzee — in a commercial my wife's former ad agency produced for Planters Peanuts.
Jacobson: That is crazy! I remember that shoot so well. You know, they told me at the time that a monkey was equivalent to a 6-year-old child. Now that I have a 6-year-old son, I'd say it's not quite the same. I just remember getting really tan and hanging out under the palm trees all day.
TVGuide.com: What was your line in the commercial? "Coochie, to the lounge chairs"?
Jacobson: It was. It raised some eyebrows because Coochie isn't far from a certain kind of slang. But the commercial ran, so what can I say? [Laughs] |
